600 g pork, e.g. shoulder
approx. 130 g LKK Char Siu Sauce BBQ
approx. 30 g LKK Black Bean Garlic Sauce
Vegetable oil for frying
Score or prick the pork on the outside so that it can absorb the sauce better.
Mix the Lee Kum Kee Char-Siu Sauce and Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce and marinate the pork in it for at least 8 hours in the refrigerator.
If you want to start cooking, take the meat out of the refrigerator and let it rest in a bowl for 15 minutes.
Mix the remaining marinade with the Lee Kum Kee Char-Siu Sauce and use as a glaze.
Grill the meat until it is golden brown and cooked through.
Alternatively, it can also be cooked in the oven for 25 minutes at 200 degrees/180 degrees fan/gas level 6. Whichever cooking method you choose, regularly brush the meat with the glaze. Continue this until the meat reaches an internal temperature of 70 degrees.
