Description vegetarian shoyu ramen soup
"Shoyu" is Japanese for soy sauce and in this case it refers to it as a main ingredient of the broth, namely soy sauce. This Shoyu Ramen Soup is a ready-to-use product and only needs to be mixed with warm water. 1 bag is enough for approx. 250 ml of soup.
Alternatively, the broth can also be refined, e.g. with more or more complex soy sauces to intensify the taste, with mirin, with spicy shishimi togarashi, with a splash of yuzu juice for a fresh citrus note, with sesame etc.
Preparation of the soups
The preparation is very simple. Heat approx. 250 ml of water. Open the pouch, add the content to the water, stir, add ramen noodles - done!
The intensity of the taste can be controlled via the amount of water added.
